SPECIAL EVENT!
You can help shape the future of the Roosevelt Community Center!
How? What’s going on?
Whether you drop by once or twice a year or stop in every other day, as a Roosevelt Park Neighborhood resident, you understand the importance of the Community Center. It’s the heart of our diverse community, and some potential changes are on the horizon!
Join your neighbors on April 2nd as Sarah Emerson from the Climate Smart Team of the City of San Jose shares details about a grant project she and her team are working on, focusing on energy and extreme heat-related upgrades to the Community Center.
It won’t be just a one-way presentation—complete a survey and register in advance, and you’ll be entered into a drawing (see details below)!
There will be plenty of time for questions and answers.

Remember, by registering in advance, you will be eligible to receive an “Extreme Heat Toolkit”, as pictured below!

So, mark your calendars and REGISTER TODAY, so you’ll be eligible for the “Extreme Heat Toolkit” AND so we’ll know how many snacks and drinks to have on hand!
We’ll also have updates from the San Jose Police Department, the Roosevelt Community Center, and our District 3 City Council office.
When: April 2, 2026
Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Where: Roosevelt Community Center
901 East Santa Clara Street
